In cooperation with our subsidiary, Měření dodávek
plynu, a.s., and selected Prague boroughs and surrounding municipalities, Pražská plynárenská, a.s.
offers
customers from the residential and commercial segments a new service – the mobile sales office, which
is available to both current and potential Pražská plynárenská, a.s. customers for handling matters
related to the consumption of natural gas.
The mobile office is located
in a VW Transporter van bearing the Pražská plynárenská, a.s. logo.
The mobile office mainly provides the following services:
- Acceptance of distribution system connection applications;
- Registration, transfer, and termination of natural gas supply;
- Contractual changes (payment method, mailing address, name, etc.);
- Acceptance of complaints;
- Replacement, inspection, and sealing of gas meters (secured by Měření dodávek plynu, a.s., based on an authorization issued by Pražská plynárenská Distribuce, a.s.);
- Provision of information on matters related to natural gas supply;
- Acceptance of Customer Card requests; and
- Distribution of forms and informational brochures.
The
services of our mobile sales office can be used by the residents of Prague boroughs and surrounding
municipalities.
